Collectors Edition came with "Divine Aura" which basically only means when you use an emote you get special sparkles.

It means that they bought the collectors edition of the game. Cost something like 70 or 80 USD.

It's from an item that you get for buying the collectors edition of Guild Wars. It makes your hands sparkly when you use an emote, and the only way to get them is by buying the collectors edition.
